Hạ Long Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rainforests. Phú Mỹ is a town in Tân Thành District, Bà Rịa–Vũng Tàu Province. This town is home to heavy industrial parks. Industries here include: electricity (accounting for nearly 40% of Vietnam's total capacity in 2007), fertilizer, steel production and deepwater ports activities. Phú Mỹ is located by National Route 51, 70 km north-east of Saigon.
